Quantum Infotech, Inc. is a leading IT Staffing firm with offices in Michigan & Virginia, Looking for an aggressive sales leader who will make an immediate impact; Who has the ability to shape the selling structure and culture of a growing company? Someone who enjoys developing accounts at the highest level and who thrives on generating new business while improving existing relationships.

Responsibilities

• The candidate will be responsible for selling, branding and promoting the company
• Proactively develop new business opportunities in IT Staffing
• Implement sales strategy and achieve sales targets on a consistent basis
• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods
• Provide feedback regarding market trends, pricing and competition

Required Skills

• Must have Bachelors/Masters degree
• Highly creative, outgoing and innovative personality
• Technical awareness and a love for the use of technology to advance business
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities
• Must have demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships
• Exceptionally clear in thought and communication
• Strong leadership aspirations
• Highly motivated fresher’s or experienced personal, willing to travel are welcome

This is a base plus commission driven position with a tremendous earning potential. H1-B sponsorship is available
